Cancellation Policy

• DEPOSIT FEE is required to secure your booking. Deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of lateness, cancellation/rescheduling later than 48 hours prior service time. • If your set is different to the available services online, please book the closest similar set & immediately share a picture(s) of the desired nail designs or colour on WhatsApp after booking. • BOOK separately for a SOAK OFF if you require a soak off during your appointment. Not applicable to regular clients who do Rubberbase & Polygel overlay (without tips). • Remember to make 2 bookings or a COMBO if a pedicure is required. • Drivers are advised to use Tramshed Parking (does not close) or any closeby secure parking. Park in the streets at own risk.
